Instructions To Make A Mommy Cards With Kid Hands :
1. Trace the hand of your child onto green paper. Make sure they spread out their fingers for a full bouquet of flowers on their mommy card, but not too much so they fit. Cut it out.
2. Lay your hand cut out on the card and check for sizing. You may want to go bigger for your card for mommy.
3. Create a backgound for your card. Measure a rectangle into your orange card the size of the front of the card. Use edging scissors to shave it down in a creative way. Glue into the center.
4. In your purprle paper, cut out half moon shapes to make your tullip buds on your mothers day greeting card. Make sure they will fit on the top of your cutout kid fingers or stems. Cut out triangles into the top to turn them into tullips.
5. To make your paper flower pot - Cut out a pot shape into the purple paper. Shave it down to meet the sizing needed on your card. Cut out a 1 inch wide strip to lay across the top. Use eding scissors to make it creative and cute.
6. Glue your pieces onto the kids hand greeting card after you lay everything out for sizing and spacing. We laid the hand diagonally for it to fit well. Glue everything into place.
7. Add a bow to your paper flower pot. Cut out a strip of ribbon to glue across the middle of the flower pot top. Make a bow with the ribbon and glue to the middle of the straight ribbon border.
8. Add the sparkle - Use your glitter glue to write the word MOMMY on each finger stemmed tullip. Then write I Love U in the middle of the mommy flower pot for the finishing touch.
